Incorruptible Chariot

The song "Species-Wide Mass Suicide" by Lazy Magnet, off the incredibly-titled album Is Music Even Good?, is less than a minute long and still manages to express one of the central questions of alchemy, the persistence of the soul after the death of the physical body. The phrasing of the incorruptible chariot reminded me of the Chariot tarot card, the vehicle for the Will, and its connection to the sign of Cancer, with its traits of protectiveness and capacity for emotional intensity.
